(March 2021) For my Christmas present last year, Sven gave me a voucher for a helicopter ride around the Cape peninsula. We finally redeemed the voucher on a gorgeous day in March and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The helicopter takes off from the V&A Waterfront and takes about 20 minutes to tour along the Atlantic Seaboard, down to Hout Bay, over the Constantia winelands and southern suburbs, and back to the Waterfront. Bonus: we were the only passengers, so we had the best seats.
